Deployment
The deployment sequence establishes device control, employee access, automatic capture, reliable synchronisation, and central administration.
Install the Android application on company devices. Choose APK installation for manual setup, or QR code provisioning to enrol supported devices in Device Owner Mode. Device Owner Mode lets organisations enforce mandatory configuration and prevents users from disabling required recording settings.
Device Owner Mode: enforces required application configuration and protects mandatory recording settings.
Each employee has an individual account. After signing in, the application follows the organisation's configured settings and begins monitoring calls. Employees can access only their own recordings in the mobile application. Administrators manage all recordings and users from the web dashboard.
Device Owner Mode: keeps managed configuration in place while role permissions determine what each signed-in user can access.
Once permissions and configuration are in place, the application detects business calls automatically. It supports incoming calls, outgoing calls, missed calls, call recording, and call metadata collection. No manual action is required for each call.
Device Owner Mode: prevents users from switching off the permissions and settings required for recording on supported devices.
Recordings are stored temporarily on the device and synchronised with the central dashboard. Background synchronisation helps ensure recordings upload even when network connectivity is intermittent.
Device Owner Mode: keeps the managed application available to continue background synchronisation after connectivity returns.
Administrators manage users, review recordings, search and filter calls, download recordings, and analyse call activity from one web dashboard.
Device Owner Mode: device enforcement remains separate from dashboard access, which is controlled through administrator and employee roles.
